For standard deliveries of items in stock at our Warehouse location, we will dispatch within two business days from your order date.
General Delivery Information
Delivery times can take between 1 and 10 business days (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays) from the date delivery is booked.
If no-one is available to take delivery of your parcel, our carrier will leave a card so you can pick-up your order from your designated courier’s depot.
If you provide
“Authority To Leave” during the checkout process whereby you give permission for your order be left in a nominated location at the delivery address, you agree that delivery is completed once this has occurred and the ownership of the goods passes onto you, the consumer.
We will use all reasonable effort to deliver your order to you within our nominated timeframe; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this timeframe. Changing delivery address after your order has been dispatched will incur a $25 charge from the carrier.
Risk and title of the goods passes to the recipient when the goods leave our warehouse or store. We check all items thoroughly before they leave our warehouse or store, and we do not take any responsibility for damage, loss or other event which may occur after the item leaves our warehouse or store. To insure against such loss or damage during transport, you need to tick the insurance box at checkout.
Free Metro Delivery
Free shipping is available on select items as indicated on the individual products. Please note that free shipping is currently only available to Australian metro postcodes as scheduled by our third party freight carrier’s designated boundaries. Please check your postcode prior to ordering to estimate shipping costs that will be incurred.
