Go alcohol-free and swap the tequila and cointreau for 185ml mango and orange flavoured mineral water. Place some pomegranate seeds in an ice cube tray, cover with water and pop in the freezer for later. Then combine lemonade, grapefruit juice, lime juice and flavoured mineral water in a serving jug. Top with your pomegranate ice cubes and divide among serving glasses for the ultimate Feb Fasting feast.

4. Pink Bubbles

We love the idea of serving up something sweet and pink for a baby shower, bridal shower or even just a fancy birthday get together. Simply combine equal parts club soda and ginger ale and then stir in a splash of white grape juice (or more for sweetness). Next add a splash of grenadine to give it a pretty pink hue and you’ve got yourself a princess treat.

5. Coconut Lavender Lemonade

If you’re looking for a super refreshing mocktail, you’ll love this combination of coconut water, lavender simple syrup and fresh lemon juice. To make the Lavender Simple Syrup, combine the sugar, water and lavender in a medium, heavy bottomed saucepan. Bring to a boil on high heat and boil for 1 minute. Remove from the heat, cover, and let the lavender steep in the syrup for 20 minutes.

Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove the lavender, add the food coloring (used to give the lemonade a purple color). Set the syrup aside to cool and then place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to one week.

To make the Coconut Lavender Lemonade, place lemon juice, sugar, coconut water and water into a pitcher and shake or stir vigorously until all the sugar is dissolved. Shaking is preferred is possible as it aerates the lemonade. Pour half of the lavender syrup into the pitcher and stir, or to taste.

6. Sparkling Cranberry Lime Rosemary Mocktail

As festive and colorful as it tasty, this delicious summer bevy is just so yum! Start with muddling a few fresh cranberries along with a few sprigs of rosemary. Once the cranberries and rosemary are muddled together, place about one tablespoon of the cranberry mixture into a glass filled with ice. Then top each glass with sparkling lime mineral water and add a few extra cranberries and rosemary for garnish.
